It is the foundation that the rest of your life is built from. I am privileged to help people with this decision. My job is to be an advisor first and foremost, not a salesperson. My goal is to bring an extremely high level of ethics, analysis, and problem-solving to my clients to not only make the best financial decisions for themselves but to make the best personal decisions for themselves. Now for the fluff…I have been in Real Estate for over a decade and in that time period have closed over $100M in sales as well as won numerous top producer awards. Awards and sales numbers are of course a reflection of success which I believe anyone hiring a Realtor should value, but more than the numbers I am most proud to have earned the trust of enough clients to make those goals a reality. Outside of real estate, I have an insane passion for music and golf and am a proud husband and father.
Working with Mike made a stressful and long-term investment fund, exciting and easy! Mike’s communication skills, tactical advice, and understanding of the local laws and procedures helped us to ensure we thought about all possibilities. This was our first time purchasing a house in NC and the unique laws made it difficult.
